Ingredients

  • 1 roll refrigerated Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
  • sliced strawberries, bananas, kiwi, blueberries, etc.

Preparation

Step 1

Spread cookie dough on a pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes until done. Cool.

Mix pudding mix with milk and extract. Let set until thickened. Spread onto the cooled cookie dough leaving 1" margin at the outside.

Arrange sliced fruit in a decorative pattern on top.

To serve, cut in wedges like a pizza or in squares.
