Ingredients
- OPTIONAL:
- 3 Tbl Butter
- 2 Tbl Olive Oil
- 2 Tbl Shallots (minced)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 Beef Bouillon cube
- 1/2 C Red Wine
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 2 8 oz Mushrooms (fresh sliced)
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Wash mushrooms, pat dry and set aside.
Saute (med heat) shallots, garlic and beef bouillon cube in butter and olive oil for approx. 2 minutes.
Add wine, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and mushrooms.
Cook 5-7 minutes.
