Ingredients
- 5 cups chopped shubarb
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 3 oz. red jello
- 2 cups mini marshmellows
- 1 yellow cake mix

Preparation
Step 1
Spray a cake pan
Put in the rhubarb and sprinkle the sugar on top.
Then sprinkle the jello over rhubarb followed by the marshmellows. Mix the cake mix according to the directions and pour over the rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve with cool whip.
