Belgian Waffles

By

I have been using this recipe for years; every Christmas brunch and a couple times during the year. We will freeze the extras to enjoy later.

It takes a little time to do and a little patience but I would compare these waffles to anything you get at a restaurant.

I started making these on a single sided square waffle maker. I have graduated to a KitchenAid® Pro Line™ Waffle Maker, which made fluffier waffles
