Ingredients
- 1 can (8 ounces) minced clams
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Half of a white or sweet onion, chopped very fine
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Drain clams, reserving half of the liquid. Rub a large bowl with the garlic. Add the cream cheese and beat with a fork until smooth.
Add in the remaining ingredients, including the reserved liquid from the clams. Stir to combine until nice and smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with Ruffle Potato Chips
