Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Preparation

Step 1

1. HEAT oven to 375°F.

2. MIX first 5 ingredients until well blended Beat butter, sugars and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate.

3. DROP heaping tablespoonfuls of dough, 2" apart, onto baking sheets. BAKE 10-12 mins or until lightly browned. Cool 1 min on baking sheet; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
