3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Step 1

Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place bread crumbs in large plastic food bag. Add chicken, one piece at a time; shake to coat will. Arrange on rack in broiler pan.

Bake in 425 oven or until golden brown and tender.
