Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can Chicken Mushroom Soup
- 2/3 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 oz nuts, sliced almonds or whole cashews
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sauce ingredients together
Melt butter in casserole dish
Lay chicken over butter
Cover with 3/4 of the sauce
Bake 55 minutes at 325
Add rest of sauce and nuts
Top with Mozzarella cheese
Bake 5 more minutes
Let stand a few minutes before serving
Serve with rice
