Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. cumin seed
- 2 tbsp. aioli or mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. coriander seed
- 1/2 tsp. fennel seed
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 shallot, minced

Preparation
Step 1
- Grind cumin seed into a fine powder.
- Transfer 1/2 tsp. cumin to a small bowl and add aioli and mix well. Set aside.
- Mix rest of cumin with coriander and fennel.
- In a bowl, combine lamb with ground spices and form into small balls.
- Heat olive oil in pan and grill balls until cooked. Top balls with aioli.
