Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- Several shakes of Creole Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3-4 teaspoons Louisiana-style hot sauce, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced celery
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. capers, chopped (optional)

Step 1
Mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, mustard, olive oil, hot sauce, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in scallions, parsley, olives, celery, capers, and garlic. Season with chili powder, and salt and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate.
***Don't skip the capers -- they make this sauce!
