Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water (or milk)
  • 10 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 1/2 oz. canned flaked tuna in water, drained
  • 2 cups frozen pease and carrots
  • 10 oz. canned sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tbsp dry onion flakes
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles
  • 2-3/4 oz. canned french-fried onions

Preparation

Step 1

Stir water and soup together in bowl.

Add next 5 ingredients. Stir. Turn into ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole.

Cover with onion rings. Bake, uncovered in 350 oven for about 35 minutes. Check onion rings at half time. If too crisp, cover casserole.
