Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 cups very thinly sliced bok choy
- 1 medium carrot, trimmed
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
