Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Active Dry Yeast
- 1 C. Warm Water
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 31/2-4 C. All-Purpose Flour

Step 1
In a sm. bowl, stir the yeast into warm water. Let it stand for 5 min. In a lg. mixing bowl, combine egg, oil, & salt. Stir in the yeast mixture. Add 11/4 C. of the flour. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 sec, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed for 3 min. Using a wooden spoon, stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead in enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth & elastic ( 6-8 min. total ). Lightly grease a lg. bowl; place dough in bowl & cover with a damp towel ( make sure the towel does not touch the dough ). Let dough rise in a warm place till double in size ( about 30 min. ). Punch dough down. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll into 2 12-in. pizza crusts. Place in greased pizza pans, cover with a damp towel & let rise for 20 min. Add desired toppings & bake in 375 oven for 30 min. or till crust bottom is crisp & brown. Cool in pan for 5 min. Cut into pieces & serve.
