Ingredients
- 8 sweet potatoes
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tbsp. sherry (sub something)
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Marshmallows

Preparation
Step 1
Peel, boil and mash sweet potatoes. Add butter, eggs and sherry. Whip the potatoes until fluffy. Add seasonings and fold in pecans. Place in a rectangular casserole, pour butter over top and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until hot. Top generously with marshmallows and broil until tops are brown.
