Snicerdoodles

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups Sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, soft
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 Room temp, Eggs
• 2 3/4 cup Flour
• 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 2 TBS Sugar
• 2 TBS Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, sugar until well mixed. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix well.
Sift together Flour, Cream of Tartar, Soda and Salt. Mix with creamed mixture and mix together will.
Mix Sugar and Cinnamon together. Preheat oven 400*.
Shape into 1" balls, roll in Cinnamon Sugar, place on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
