Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cup margarine - softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - 16 oz. box powdered sugar (3 3/4 cups)
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons shortening

Step 1
Line jelly roll pan with wax paper. Combine peanut butter, margarine, vanilla & sugar in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Roll into balls & place in pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and shortening. Dip balls in chocolate using toothpick or spoons.
