- 8 oz. almond paste
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup pine nuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Break almond paste into small pieces in a food processor. Add the sugar and flour and pulse until finely ground.
Begin to add whites, a little at a time, just until dough comes together. With slightly wet hands, roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in pine nuts, slightly flatten the tips of the cookies. Bake 15 - 20 minutes.
