Serve on lettuce with cranberries, walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese.
Based on a Rachael Ray recipe. Omitted oregano.

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Shallot or onion, microplane
- Garlic (1 clove?), microplane
- 1 pkg Splenda
- 2 T red wine vinegar (try white Balsamic?)
- 1/4 c EVOO
- Blue cheese in dressing, some in salad
- Salt
- White pepper
- (Dijion? - 1 to 2 t)
- Salad:
- Romaine
- Dried Cranberries
- Chopped walnuts
- Blue Cheese

Step 1
Dressing:
Stir together all ingredients, adding cheese last to marinate. Just before serving, pour over salad and toss to cover lettuce.
