  • Shallot or onion, microplane
  • Garlic (1 clove?), microplane
  • 1 pkg Splenda
  • 2 T red wine vinegar (try white Balsamic?)
  • 1/4 c EVOO
  • Blue cheese in dressing, some in salad
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • (Dijion? - 1 to 2 t)
  • Salad:
  • Romaine
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Blue Cheese

Dressing:
