- 1 lb cubed meat
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c olive oil
- 1 med onion sliced
- tomato
- grean pepper sliced
- bullion flakes
- worshire sauce

Step 1
Soak meat in vinegar and oil fro 2 - 3 hours place onion tomato's green pepper etc. on skewers, baste with bollion and worshire broil for about 20 min.
