Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside. Place salt, hot water and shortening in a bowl, let stand until melted. Slightly beat eggs, add to sugar and mix all of these ingredients together. Add the dissolved yeast into this mixture and stir. Gradually add 2 cups flour mixture together then add reamaining 2 cups flour mixture and mix until combined well. Do not over mix. Cover and place into refrigerator over night. A few hours before event remove dough from refrigerator and shape into rolls. Let rise for 1 hour the place in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
