Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomatoes, pasta, salt, sugar, chili powder and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until pasta is tender. Yield: 4-6 servings.
