Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 T light corn syrup
- (melt)
- French toast sliced 3/4 in
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 t vanilla

Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 50mins
Preparation
Step 1
Spread pecans in 9 x 13 pan
Melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup
Pour over nuts
Fit bread tight into pan
Beat eggs, half and half and vanilla
Pour egg mix over bread
Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
Invert on to platter
