Ingredients
- 8 oz. tomatillos, papery skins removed (5 to 6 medium)
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 T. chopped green onion
- 1 T. fresh lime juice
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
