slices tendorized round steak (2"x6"pieces)
med. onion (sliced & torn in rings)
small can baby carrots (drained)
mushroom soup (probably 2 cans)
Wrap the steak around the carrot and secure with a toothpick,the roll in flour and brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and cover with the mushroom soup. Cover the skillet and let simmer about an hour or until the potatoes are tender.
