Ingredients

  • Cream Puff Layer:
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • Pudding Layer:
  • 2 PKS Instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • Chocolate Drizzle:
  • 1/3 C Chocolate Chips
  • 2 TBS Butter

Preparation

Step 1

In medium sauce pan combine water and butter to boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Spread evenly in 10x15x1 pan. Either use pan liner or spray with Pam.
Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes. Cool

Beat pudding, milk and vanilla til combined, then 1-2 min. more. Fold in cool whip. Spread on pastry.


Melt chocolate in sauce pan with butter (or microwave). Drizzel over pudding. Chill well before serving. Enjoy.
