Ingredients
- 6 lg. eggs
- 1 cup heavy or whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 12 (1/2 inch) slices sourdough bread
- 3 Tbl. butter
- Confectioner's sugar, strawberries, and maple syrup

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt; pour half into 13" by 9" baking dish. Add 6 slices bread; let sit 15 minutes or until bread absorbs mixture, turning over once.
In 12 inch skillet, melt half of butter on medium. Add soaked bread and cook 8 minutes, until golden on both sides. Meanwhile, soak remaining bread in remaining egg mixture. Cook as above. Sprinkle with sugar; serve with berries and syrup.
