Ingredients
- 1 tbl vegetable oil
- 1 (16 oz) package elbow macaroni
- 9 tbls butter
- 1/2 cp shredded muenster cheese
- 1/2 cp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cp shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cp shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cps half & half
- 8 oz Velveeta
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook pasta in oil for 8-10 minutes.
3. Melt 8 tbls butter in a medium saucepan; stir into macaroni.
4. In large bowl, combine muenster, cheddar & monterey jack cheeses.
5. Add half & half, 1 1/2 cps of cheese mixture, processed cheese & eggs to macaroni. Mix & season w/ salt & pepper.
6. Transfer to lightly greased deep 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and remaining 1 tbl of butter.
7. Bake for 35 minutes until hot & bubbling.
