Ingredients
- 2 pkg. egg roll wraps
- 1 pkg. coleslaw mix
- soy sauce
- 2 lb. hamburger

Preparation
Step 1
Cook hamburger with salt and pepper and soy sauce. Drain and add coleslaw and little more soy sauce. At one corner of the egg roll wrap place a spoon full of meat mixture. Fold the corner that is under the meat over the meat, then fold the left and then the right and roll up close to the top. Dip your finger tips in a coffee cup of water and spread the water on the last corner of the egg roll and finish rolling it up. Drop egg rolls into hot grease and deep fat fry.
