Ingredients
- 6 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 ts.b butter, at room temperature
- 1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 3 cups icing sugar, sifted

Preparation
Step 1
Place the white chocolate in a small glass bowl and melt. Stir with a wooden spatula until smooth. Set the chocolate aside to cool.
Place the cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat will an electric mixer on low speed until well combined. Stop the machine. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and melted white chocolate, and blend on low speed until just combined. Add the icing sugar and blend on low speed until the sugar is incorporated.
