Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg (1 1/4 oz) Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup Sour Cream, divided
  • 1 can (16oz) Refried Beans
  • 6 flour tortillas (10")
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup Medium Salsa

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350F. COOK meat with seasoning mix as directed on package. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup sour cream.

2. SPREAD beans down centers of tortillas; top with meat mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito style. Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9" baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

3. BAKE 25 mins. Top with remaining cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 mins. or until melted. Serve topped with remaining sour cream and salsa.
