Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T sugar
- 3 T melted margarine
- Filling
- 4 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 c sugar
- 3 T flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 T vanilla
- Topping
- 1 lg can cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325*.
Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press into springformpan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Adjust oven temperature to 450*.
Filling
Mix cream cheese, sugar and flour. Add eggs, one at a time. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 450*. Reduce heat to 350* for 1 hour. Cool.
Top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate.
