Ingredients
- Black Beans in can
- Brown Rice
- Chopped tomatoes w/ their juice
- Chopped onion
- Thawed frozen corn (thaw in hot water)
- Chopped red, yellow or green peppers
- Grated carrots
- Tamari
- Salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients into individual bowls. Heap brown rice on your plate and add whatever veggies and then top with tamari and/or salsa. Next day can use as salad with balsamic vinegar
