  • Black Beans in can
  • Brown Rice
  • Chopped tomatoes w/ their juice
  • Chopped onion
  • Thawed frozen corn (thaw in hot water)
  • Chopped red, yellow or green peppers
  • Grated carrots
  • Tamari
  • Salsa



Step 1

Put all ingredients into individual bowls. Heap brown rice on your plate and add whatever veggies and then top with tamari and/or salsa. Next day can use as salad with balsamic vinegar
