Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 7 oz. white corn syrup
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1
Over medium heat, cook the above ingredients until the candy thermometer reaches 238 degrees, stirring constantly, about a half an hour. Let set for one hour, then dip slices of apples in the caramel and eat – yummy!
