Ingredients

  • 2 cups lukewarm water 1 cup
  • 1/3 cup oleo 3 TB
  • 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp.
  • 2 pkg. yeast 1 pkg.
  • 1/3 cup sugar 3 TB
  • 2 eggs, beaten 1 egg
  • 6 1/2 cup flour 3 1/4 cup

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in the warm water, then add 2 cups flour, salt, sugar, and melted oleo. Beat with mixer. Add eggs and beat again. Add rest of flour gradually. The more the dough is beaten, the lighter the buns, when dough is smooth, let stand or rest for 30 minutes. No kneading required. At the end of 30 minutes, shape into rolls, buns, or cinnamon rolls, and let rise until double in size. Bake for 16 minutes at 350 degrees.
