Ingredients

  • Cook 1 cup of rice.

  • Cook 2 pounds of hamburger.

  • 1

    can mild enchilada sauce

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Chopped lettuce

  • Taco sauce

  • Chopped corn chips

Directions

After cooking the hamburger, add the enchilada sauce and simmer, then drain. On your plate, layer your food: rice, hamburger, cheese, lettuce, taco sauce, and corn chips.
