Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Meat (ham or sausage)
  • 8 eggs
  • 6 bread slices - cubed (remove crust)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. shre4dded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard (can sub. prepared mustard)
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)

Step 1

Mix in 9x13 pan - refridgerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

My notes: First ham, then bread, then cheese, then egg mixture (egg, milk, mustard) slowly poured over bread. I used 1/3 loaf of bread machine loaf. I cubed it but would work just fine in thin slices with crust removed. Might think about adding mushrooms, onion, pepper sauted and add over ham.
