- Large Shrimp
- Chorizo Sausage
- Olive oil
- minced roasted red pepper
- 1 TBS cognac
- minced parsley
- garlic

Step 1
Marinate large shrimp and sliced chorizo in 1/4 cup each olive oil and minced roasted red pepper, 1 tablespoon cognac and some minced parsley and garlic.
Wrap the shrimp around the chorizo, skewer and grill.
