Sugar Cookie & Icing

Ingredients

• COOKIE:
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/4 cups Crisco
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• ADD
• 5 cups flour
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1 t baking powder
• ICING:
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• little milk
• dash of salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs and vanilla.

Combine all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Mix well and chill.

Roll out to 1/4" thickness. Bake @ 400 5 minutes.

Ice and decorate
