one gallon ziplock freezer bag
1 16 oz. bottle Rubbing Alcohol
Fill empty bottle with water (twice)

Step 1

Put in a one gallon ziplock freezer bag:

1 16 oz. bottle Rubbing Alcohol and
Fill empty bottle with water (twice)

Close bag and place inside another ziplock freezer bag. Close and store in freezer. It won’t freeze completely so it will form to body.
