Ingredients
- 2 cups crumbled corn bread
- 4 slices dry toasted bread, crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, grated or minced
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup broth from turkey (I used chicken stock mixed with some turkey gravy)
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in skillet, add onions and celery. Cook for awhile, until very soft. Mix together cornbread crumbles, toast crumbles, turkey broth and eggs. Add onions and celery mixture. Mix well and add to large pan. Bake until hot and bubbly (about 30 minutes)
