Ingredients
- Crust:
- 200 g Graham Cracker (13 Cracker Slabs)
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1/4 C sugar
- Filling:
- 250 g Cream Cheese (1 block + a little bit)
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C milk
- 150 g Nutella
- Frosting:
- 60 g Dark Chocolate
- 2/3 stick butter
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
1) Grease or Spray an 8β or 9β springform pan
2) Preheat oven to 300ΒΊ F
3) Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and, and melted butter in a bowl. Then press firmly into bottom of pan.
4) Refrigerate, covered, while making the filling.
5) In a bowl, beat on medium cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.
6) Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat well after each.
7) Add Nutella, milk and vanilla and mix well until smooth.
8) Take crust out of fridge, add filling and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
9) While baking, melt chocolate. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy and then add to the melted chocolate.
10) Spread frosting over cheesecake while still warm from oven, then cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours before eating (if you can wait that long)
