Caramel Chex Mix

Ingredients

• 1 lb. butter
• 2 lbs. Brown sugar
• 1 cup Karo syrup
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 box Corn Chex
• 1 box Rice Chex
• 1 bag Bugles
• 1 bag small pretzels
• 1 can mixed nuts
• 1 box Crispix cereal

Preparation

Step 1

Bring butter, brown sugar, Karo syrup and vanilla to boil; boil 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Bugles, pretzels, nuts and Crispix. Mix well to coat all pieces. Place in a large pan. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Pour out on waxed paper to cool.
