Ingredients
- Cake:
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 c soy milk- or non dairy creamer
- 1/3 c marg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Topping:
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1-1 1/4 c hot water

Preparation
Step 1
whisk: sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, soy milk, marg. and vanilla.
pour into an un greased 9 square pan- i used a 9 by 13
Topping: whisk brown sugar, and cocoa and sprinkle evenly over batter. then pour the 1- 1 1/4 cups of hot water over the top.
bake for 30 min at 350 degrees and let it stand for 15 min.
you should serve it with vanilla ice cream or mint chocolate chip!!! Parve ice cream works as well!
