- 7/8 C Flour
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/2 C Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 C Water

Step 1
Ingredients must be at room temp or they will not puff
Sift into bowl flour and salt
Stir in milk. Beat eggs and add to fllour mixture. Beat into batter, then add water. Beat until large bubbles rise to surface.
Pour into hot oven dish with beef drippings or butter.
Bake 20 min. at 400, then 15 min at 350.
