Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 2/3 cup coconut
- 1 pkg devils food cake, with pudding
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Grease a 13x9" pan; line bottom of pan with wax paper and grease again. Heat butter, sugar and milk over low heat, stirring until mixture is melted and smooth.
2. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla and 1 1/3 cup coconut. Add butter mixture and blend well.
3. Spread in bottom of pan, sprinkle with 2/3 cup coconut.
4. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Slowly pour batter in a thin stream over coconut mixture to cover completely.
5. Bake at 350F for 40-45 mins or until top springs back with lightly touched. Cool for 15 mins. Invert on tray and carefully remove wax paper. (there's, more about coconut, but I cant read it)
