Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 5 (8oz) packages cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 (2.16 ounce) bars chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat candy, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and 1 tbsp sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9" spring-form pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 mins. Allow to cool.

2. In a large bowl, cream the sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Stir in chopped candy bar, and pour into baked crust.

3. Bake at 350F (with a water bath) for 45 mins, then open the door and turn off the oven for 15-20 mins. Let cool, covered for an hour on top of the stove, then move to fridge. When ready to serve, carefully remove the spring-form pans side.
