- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup crushed butter crackers
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons sour cream

Step 1
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Cut each breast into 3 large strips. Pour cracker crumbs, milk, and cheese into 3 separate shallow dishes. Season cracker crumbs with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Dip each chicken strip into the milk, then the cheese, then the cracker crumbs. Place chicken in a lightly greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer or until golden brown. Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and butter in a saucepan. Whisk and heat thoroughly; serve sauce over chicken strips.
