Ingredients
- 3 pkgs. Broccoli Spears (frozen)
- 6 Chicken Breasts (cooked)
- 3 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1-1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 6 Tbsp. Sherry
- 3/4 c. Cheddar Cheese (sharp, shredded)
- 3/4 c. Bread Crumbs (soft)
- 2 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
Preparation
Step 1
Put cooked broccoli in bottom of 9x13" oblong pan. Cut chicken in pieces and place over broccoli. Mix together soup, mayo, lemon juice and sherry and pour over the broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with cheese, then bread crumbs and drizzle butter over top.
Bake, covered, at 350° for about 1 hour or until bubbly and very hot.
