16 oz jar peanut butter (plain)
cup butter, softened
1lb box powdered sugar
1 to 2
bags semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar together in a large bowl. Once "dough" has formed, roll into little balls, about 1 inch wide. Have a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper ready by the stove. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. When chocolate is melted, dip the balls in and then place on waxed paper. Place in refrigerator until hardened. Eat and enjoy.
